The Winter’s Thaw

Though Faluns burn, each beckon saves,

their flames highlight cold slaughter.

They glow with beams beyond their graves,

iced evil runs to water.

Though misled crowds would have them fail,

have Faluns’ lights extinguished,

They themselves know they’ll prevail,

the Fa will be distinguished.

They light up our divinity

as atheism’s lifting,

They shine Man’s true nobility

as evolution’s shifting,

They show the whole world can be free

as communism’s drifting . . . away . . .

Falun is the name given to many practitioners of Falun Gong illegally incarcerated during the persecution of Falun Dafa. 

Falun means Law Wheel.

The burning refers to the incineration of Falun Gong practitioners’ bodies after their organs have been extracted. This happens to other undesirables of the Chinese state - Uighurs, house Christians, dissidents, etc who are killed by this method in CCP-sanctioned hospitals throughout China.

The Fa is the Law or the Way, the cosmic and spiritual perspective.
